Greg Anderson & Elizabeth Joy Roe dramatize ACTUAL text comments posted on YouTube in response to performances by Horowitz, Rubinstein, Kissin, Kempff, Argerich, and other legendary pianists.

"You say either and I say either, You say neither and I say neither;

Either, either; Neither, neither; Let's call the whole thing off.

"You like potato and I like potahto, You like tomato and I like tomahto;

Potato, potahto; Tomato, tomahto; Let's call the whole thing off."

All performers bring something unique to the table. Is it not possible to lack judgment, postpone criticism, and simply enjoy the wonderful differences in interpretation? Listen for what you love, not what you hate.

The Advise Audience Page.

Do you, an audience member, have thoughts on how an audience should behave? Should the audience be allowed to roam freely mid-performance? Eat? Drink? Clap? Greg will add your comments to this page (and possibly to his book!)
